Rules for Youth Soccer is intended to be used in conjunction with an introductory referee training course and as a manual for referees who are primarily assigned games in the Under-12 and younger divisions. The Laws of the Game are presented in a concise and easy-to-read format with bits of advice interspersed. The laws are not presented in their entirety. Rather, I have attempted to address the parts of each law that are needed for ages 12 and younger. It is a work in progress and your suggestions are welcome.
