Keith Kurtz, Internet Systems Analyst for the City of Santa Monica, California, is responsible for the electronic delivery of city information and services via the Internet and the City Intranet. This includes management of the City's award winning web site. Mr. Kurtz is also an Associate Faculty member at Santa Monica College where he teaches Computer Science.
Mr. Kurtz holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and a Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Southern California where he attended as a Hughes Aircraft MBA Fellow. He is an Honored Member of Strathmore's Who's Who Registry of Business Leaders.
As a computer engineer in the aerospace industry, Mr. Kurtz developed
Computer Aided Design methodologies for space systems, managed the design and
manufacture of space borne electronic payloads and has managed domestic and
overseas contracts. He was Controller and Director of Administrative Services
for a Vocational Rehabilitation firm in Los Angeles. Mr. Kurtz is a referee
instructor for the American Youth Soccer Organization and a former Chairman of the Santa
